1. This product is entitled to a limited warranty of 1 Year against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, with the original invoice and/or original receipt as proof of purchase.
2. This warranty applies only to our products purchased and used in Republic of Singapore.
3. This warranty is not transferable and extends only to the original buyer of our products.
4. This warranty does not cover any damages or defects arising from accident, misuse, mishandling, improper installation, any manner of tampering, corrosion/fungus, rusting or stains, any unauthorised repair or modification to the parts and materials or product, the act of God, civil unrest and consequential damages. Cairnhill Healthcare Pte. Ltd. will not warrant the frame or parts damaged when the maximum loading weight limit (max. user weight) is exceeded.
5. This warranty shall be null and void in the event that the serial number/batch number on the product has been altered or removed.
6. This warranty does not cover parts or materials which are subject to normal wear and tear which must be replaced/repaired are the owner's responsibility, including, but not limited to: wearing out of tyres and castors, loosening of the brake mechanism, wearing out of brake cables, damages to arm pads and upholsteries.
7. Transport charge of SGD35.00 (may include GST) per trip is applicable for pick-up and delivery services, regardless whether the servicing work is within or after the warranty period.
8. For repairs and servicing works after the warranty period, the company will provide a price quotation to the customer for the necessary jobs. Repair works will only be performed upon acceptance of the price quotation by the customer.
9. The company reserves the right to revise the above-mentioned charges without prior notification.
